  1. Digital signature certificate (DSC) application for proposed directors.
  2. Form DIR-3 must be filed with the registrar of companies (ROC).
  3. Director identification number (DIN) for director acknowledgment.
  4. Form INC-1: Apply for the name of the Trust/company/society.
  5. MOA/AOA of the proposed NGO registration.
  6. Apply for company incorporation certificate.
  7. Trust registration is complete; your section (8) company is ready to operate.

ONLINE NGO REGISTRAITON AS “TRUST”

  1. Choose an appropriate name for your trust.
  2. Finalise the trustee for the proposed entity.
  3. Prepare an MOA/AOA and rules for the functioning of trust.
  4. Prepare the clauses of the trust deed.
  5. Trust deed must be prepared in consultation with legal expert.
  6. Trust deed must be registered with the local registrar as per the Indian trust act, 1882
  7. Submit the Trust Deed, along with attested photocopies with the local registrar.
  8. Final approval for online Trust registration will take a week’s time for approval.

  1. Choose an appropriate name for your trust.
  2. Prepare an MOA/AOA and rules for the functioning of trust.
  3. Other documents required are:
  4. Cover Letter requesting NGO registration
  5. Certified Copy of Duly Passed Resolution for NGO Registration
  6. Minutes of the Meeting.
  7. Declaration by the President of the Society.
  8. ID proof as Address Proof of members
  9. To get the final approval, you must submit the MOA/AOA with the concerned registrar of societies in your state.
